It cooks food faster and crispier. It didn’t suck out too much moisture from the food, in our tests. However, the more you keep it in, the more dry it’ll get.
We loved the tikkas, Parathas, curries, pulao, naan, and kulchas that we made with it, in tests. We suggest adding two to three more extra minutes for some heavy foodstuff to achieve that crispness.
